The Master Production Schedule (MPS) provides the essential link between your requirements and our operational execution. The MPS also provides Astro Shapes's management team with the necessary guidance to pro-actively optimize operations and on-time delivery performance.

• Volume requirements for our billet inventory, in multiple alloys and sizes are derived directly from the MPS. Astro Shapes has the flexibility to supply secondary billet to meet LEED requirements. (For more information on LEED requirements, please visit www.usgbc.com)


• Paint is inventoried and replenished to support 99.9% on-time availability.


• Astro Shapes's proprietary shop floor SSP (Synchronous Scheduling Program) optimize equipment utilization and delivery performance.


• Astro Shapes schedules all of its outbound shipments to predetermined due dates and utilizes an extensive tractor-trailer fleet operated by its long-term partner, AIM Dedicated Logistics.
